- What are your rates?
Computer work is $100/hr. with an in-shop discount of $25 for the first hour of work in the shop. Most jobs are 1 hour.
Network and A/V/S work are billed at $125/hr.
Contract work is billed at a lower negotiated rate. Let’s talk.
- What type of warranty is provided?
1 year on parts and labor. We will fix or replace it if it breaks on it’s own.
- Are you licensed and insured?
We are insured and your equipment is insured while in our shop. Channel has a B.S. in Computer Science and we are pursuing various certifications to document our experience and skill.
- What are your terms and conditions?
30 days same as cash on purchases.
We accept credit cards, cash, and checks. We prefer cash and checks because our CC machine charges an extra fee to the customer.
Returns are allowed within 30 days with a receipt. For computers we build, returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Do you offer Lay-away?
Yes! Lay-away for computers we build is available. We charge $25 to set up the Lay-away and there are no extra charges if paid off within 90 days. After 90 days, 5% will be added to the balance due each month. For example: If $500 is still owed after the 90 days, the balance due will increase to $525. This holding fee will be applied each month based on remaining balance.
