Notes on custom computer builds:
- DESIGNS: All of our designs are suggestions. They are optimized in that all of the parts will work together well as designed. If you decide you would like to substitute parts to save money or alter performance in some way, we will work with you to ensure your custom design is also optimized. Let’s talk.
- WARRANTY: We warrant parts and labor for 1 year on every computer we sell. If it breaks on it’s own, we will fix it.
- RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 30 days of sale. Computer returns within 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- LAY-AWAY: We do offer lay-away on computers. We charge $25 to set up a lay-away plan and 25% down payment. If paid off in the first 90 days there are no other charges. After 90 days, a holding fee accrues on the remaining balance at a rate of 5% each month that it is not paid off.
- LAY-AWAY PLUS: Lay-away Plus is a new idea where someone who is buying on lay-away can come into the store and use their computer before it is paid off. In our new space (when we get it), we will set up a comfortable internet café and you will be able to come in and use our very fast internet and your very beautiful computer for an hourly rate. Lay-away PLUS is not available yet. We’ll keep you posted.
- LAY AWAY CANCELLATION: Cancelling at any point will incur a 20% restocking fee calculated on the remaining balance.
